The speed limit of 50 Miles per Hour shall be applied to any streets, roads, avenues, boulevards, routes, and any other roadway without a highway or freeway designation. Separate Commercial speed limits are enforced on Commercial Transportation.
The speed limit of 70 Miles per Hour shall be applied to all highways and freeways throughout the state. Separate Commercial speed limits are enforced on Semi Tractor Trailers.
The speed limit of 35 Miles per Hour shall be applied to all commercial vehicles on any streets, roads, avenues, boulevards, routes, and any other roadway without a highway or freeway designation.
The speed limit of 55 Miles per Hour shall be applied to all commercial vehicles on highways and freeways throughout the state.
A red curb means no stopping/standing/parking at any time. Violators may be towed immediately and/or ticketed. The curb does not need to denote a "No Parking" sign or marking to be valid.
A yellow curb is a commercial loading zone, which means that between 6am and 6pm, trucks and commercial vehicles are allowed 20 minutes to load or unload goods, and passenger vehicles can load or unload passengers for 3 minutes.

Red lights are observed as 5 second stop signs, you must wait 5 seconds before proceeding to avoid a ticket from SASP.
